结核性毁损肺行全肺切除术的护理分析

摘要

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pneumonectomy of tuberculous damaged lung. Method:66 patients with tuberculous damaged lung were proposed pneumonectomy from July 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group were given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,clinical effect of two groups were observed and compared. Result:After nursing intervention,health knowledge awareness, compliance and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,arterial blood gas analysis condition was better than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with tuberculous damaged lung proposed pneumonectomy can effectively improve the patients' mastery of health knowledge and understanding,obviously improve medical compliance and satisfaction,and significantly improve the clinical situation,it has an ideal clinical effect.%目的：观察分析在结核性毁损肺实施全肺切除术治疗中应用综合性护理干预的临床效果。方法：选取2010年7月-2013年4月收治拟行全肺切除术的结核性毁损肺患者66例，随机分为实验组与对照组，对照组患者实施常规护理，实验组患者实施综合性护理干预，对比观察两组患者临床效果。结果：实验组患者护理干预后健康知识知晓率、依从性及满意度明显高于对照组，动脉血气分析情况明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对拟行全肺切除术的结核性毁损肺患者实施综合性护理干预，能够有效提高患者对健康知识的掌握与理解，明显提高对于医护工作的依从性与满意度，并显著改善患者临床状况，具有理想的临床应用效果。
