妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病的围产期管理

摘要

Objective:To discuss the perinatal management of GDM combined PIH.Method:60 patients with GDM combined PIH were selected in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional management methods,the treatment group was given perinatal management method,pathologic pregnancy and complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of pathological pregnancy such as premature delivery,polyhydramnios,postpartum infection,oligohydramnios in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the complication rates such as fetal distress,fetal death,fetal macrosomia, malformation in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Perinatal management for treatment of GDM combined PIH can reduce complications and keep safety of mother and children,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.%目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellitus，GDM）合并妊娠期高血压疾病（hypertensive disorders in pregnancy， PIH）的围产期管理。方法：选取60例妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病的孕产妇，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各30例，对照组采用传统的管理方法。治疗组采用围产期管理方法，比较两组患者的病理妊娠和并发症情况。结果：治疗组的早产、羊水过多、产后感染、羊水过少等病理妊娠发生率均明显低于对照组，且胎儿窘迫、死胎、巨大儿、畸形儿等并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对妊娠期糖尿病合并妊娠期高血压疾病的孕产妇进行围产期管理，可以减少并发症，保障母婴安全，在临床上有推广应用的价值。
