经皮桡动脉途径治疗冠心病复杂病变的可行性及安全性分析

Objective:To study the percutaneous radial artery approach for the treatment of the feasibility and safety of coronary heart disease with complicated lesions.Method:250 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina in the hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,125 cases in each group.The observation group was given via radial artery pathway treatment and control group was given intervention treatment through femoral artery,the surgical success rate and complications of two groups were compared.Result: The incidence of complications in observation group was 6.40%,the control group of that was 20.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of percutaneous radial artery approach for coronary heart disease with good feasibility and safety of complex lesions.%目的：研究经皮桡动脉途径治疗冠心病复杂病变的可行性及安全性。方法：选取本院治疗的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者250例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组各125例。观察组给予经桡动脉途径治疗，对照组给予经股动脉途径介入治疗，比较两组的手术成功率及并发症情况。结果：观察组并发症发病率为6.40%，对照组并发症发病率为20.00%，两组的并发症发病率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：经皮桡动脉途径治疗冠心病复杂病变的可行性及安全性较好。
