频域OCT测量视盘周围神经纤维层和黄斑区GCC厚度在原发性青光眼诊断中的应用研究

         

摘要

目的:研究分析频域OCT测量视盘周围神经纤维层和黄斑区GCC厚度在原发性青光眼诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取本院收治的50例原发性青光眼患者为试验组,同时选取50例同期在本院进行健康体检的正常眼人员作为对照组,对两组患者临床诊断效果进行分析。结果:试验组视盘周围RNFL平均厚度和黄斑区GCC平均厚度与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床原发性青光眼诊断中应用频域OCT检测视盘周围神经纤维层和黄斑区GCC厚度能客观地反映出青光眼视神经损害程度,有较高价值。%Objective:To study the value of frequency domain OCT measurement of the thickness of retinal nerve fibrous layer and macular GCC in the diagnosis of primary glaucoma.Method:A total of 50 primary glaucoma patients in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 50 cases of normal eyes personnel during the same period in our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group,clinical diagnosis effect of two groups were analyzed. Result: The RNFL average thickness around optic disc and average thickness of the macular region of GCC of two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of frequency domain OCT detection of the thickness of fibrous layer and macular GCC in the diagnosis of primary glaucoma can objectively reflect the glaucoma optic nerve damage degree,have a higher value.
