纤维支气管镜联合有创加无创机械通气序贯治疗老年COPD严重呼吸衰竭的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fiber bronchoscope combined with invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation sequential therapy for aged COPD with severe respiratory failure.Method:100 elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure in our hospital were selected from April 2013 to February 2015 as the observation objects,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,50 cases in each group.The control group patients received adjuvant-controlled mechanical ventilation therapy,the experimental group received fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation sequential therapy,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical treatment of total ef ective rate,clinical observation indexes and blood gas analysis indexes of experimental group were significantly bet er than the control group,the dif erences were statistical y significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The conclusion of the medical research results confirm that the elderly COPD patients with severe respiratory failure underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy combined with invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation sequential therapy has ideal clinical ef ect,it is worth to promote.%目的：探讨纤维支气管镜联合有创加无创机械通气序贯治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法：本次医学研究选择本院2013年4月-2015年2月间收治的100例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重呼吸衰竭患者为观察对象，随机将其分为对照组和试验组，每组各50例患者，对照组患者接受辅助-控制机械通气治疗，试验组患者接受纤维支气管镜联合有创加无创机械通气序贯治疗，对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：试验组临床治疗的总有效率、临床观察指标以及血气分析指标均明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：本次医学研究结果证实，老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病严重呼吸衰竭患者接受纤维支气管镜联合有创加无创机械通气序贯治疗，具有较为理想的临床效果，值得推广。
