广州社区医院微创技能培训基地建设模式探讨

摘要

Objective:To explore the constructive mode of skill training base for minimally-invasive surgery in community hospitals of Guangzhou.Method:Skill training base for minimally invasive surgery was established by setting up management institutions,constructing training base and standardizing training disciplines.Result:The trainees could better master the application of minimally invasive surgery and obtain the official endoscopic operation certificate.Conclusion:Standard training model creates positive effects on professional training for minimally invasive surgery in community hospitals.%目的：探讨建立面向社区医院的微创技能培训基地的建设模式。方法：通过建立管理架构、建设培训基地和规范培训方法，建立面向社区医院的微创技能培训基地。结果：所培训学员均较好掌握微创手术的应用，获得官方认可的内镜手术资格证。结论：采用规范化培训的模式，有望对社区医生微创专业化培训起到积极的引导作用。
