集束化护理干预对住院老年脑卒中患者生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To study the influence of cluster nursing intervention on quality of life of elderly patients with stroke.Method:807 elderly stroke patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention. The differences in quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The physiological function,physiological role, emotional function,social function,body pain,mental health,vitality,general health,objective support,subjective support,support utilization and total social support scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can improve the patient’s quality of life and social support,it is more superior than conventional nursing.%目的：研究集束化护理干预对老年脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法：选取本院收治的老年脑卒中患者807例，按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予集束化护理干预，比较两组对生活质量的差异。结果：观察组生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、心理健康、活力、总体健康、客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及总社会支持评分均优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：集束化护理干预可提高患者的生活质量及社会支持，较常规护理更加优越。
