护理本科院校“护理职业毒理与防护”课程设置的研究

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the setting scheme of the"Nursing professional toxicology and protection"in nursing undergraduate colleges.Method:Constructed the basic framework of the course according to chapter“nursing security”of Newly Edited Nursing Basic and Toxicology Basis.Made two rounds of consulting on 20 experts with the questionnaires prepared by myself.Finally established the setting scheme of the course through expert argumentation. Result:Determined the course content framework and the course would be given in the form of professional electives before practice. Lectures would be delivered according to the teaching goals and phases of the chapters , each carried on 60% (theory) and 40% (practice) assessment.Conclusion:Nursing occupational protection education is the main way to enhance self-protection awareness of nursing students and to reduce occupational exposure behavior,curriculum program can provide a foundation for our nursing colleges to establish such courses.%目的:探讨护理本科院校“护理职业毒理与防护”课程的设置方案。方法:依据《新编护理学基础》中护理安全一章及职业毒理学基础,构建课程基本框架。自行编制专家咨询问卷,对20位专家进行两轮咨询,通过专家论证,最终确立该课程的设置方案。结果:确定了课程内容框架,开设时间为本科生实习前一学期;形式为专业选修课;按照各章节的教学目标及相应学时进行授课,并进行理论与实训考核,比例分别为60%和40%。结论:护理职业防护教育是提升护生自我防护意识、减少职业暴露发生的主要途径,该研究所得到的课程设置方案,可以为我国护理院校开设此类课程提供可供借鉴的依据。
