目的：了解临床药师参与Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况，分析临床药师对合理使用抗菌药物的干预效果。方法：收集临床药师参与干预前2013年1-6月和药师参与干预后2014年1-6月Ⅰ类手术病历，调查比较干预前后围手术期使用抗菌药物的情况，分析用药合理性。结果：临床药师干预Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物后，其选药、给药时机、疗程、给药剂量等均较干预前规范。结论：临床药师对Ⅰ类切口围手术期抗菌药物应用的干预有效，可明显加强抗菌药物的合理应用，效果显著。%Objective:To probe into the perioperative use of antibiotics for patients undergoing type I incision operations in the hospital in which there was clinical pharmacists involvement,analyze the effect and outcome of clinical pharmacists intervention on rational use of antibiotics.Method:Totally surgical records of patients undergoing type I incision operations from January 2013 to June 2013 collected before intervention and another surgical records during January 2014 to June 2014 collected after intervention were compared regarding the use of antibiotics and analyzed regarding the rationality of antibiotic use.Result: After clinical pharmacists intervention on perioperative use of antibiotics, the antibiotic used was more rational in drug choice,time and duration of drug use, dosage and administration etc. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists intervention on perioperative use of antibiotics in patients undergoing type I incision operations was proved to be effective and it significantly strengthened rational use of antibiotics with remarkable efficacy achieved.
