SBAR在手足外科疼痛管理医护沟通中的应用研究

摘要

目的：观察研究SBAR在手足外科疼痛管理医护沟通中的应用效果。方法：随机选择2013年8月-2015年6月本院收治的126例手足外伤合并神经、肌腱、血管损伤患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各63例。对照组患者行常规护理，而观察组采取SBAR沟通模式，对比观察两组的护理效果。结果：护理干预后，观察组患者非常满意占比和满意度分别为85.71%和96.83%，均显著高于对照组的65.08%和87.30%，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者的疼痛程度均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。护理干预后，两组患者的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于护理干预前（P<0.05），且观察组的SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（t=14.314、17.197， P=0.000、0.000）。结论：SBAR在手足外科疼痛管理医护沟通中的应用效果较好，提高了患者生活质量，同时也提高了患者对医护人员的满意度，有效缓解了患者的心理焦虑与抑郁程度，值得临床推广。%Objective:To observe and study the effect of SBAR for pain management doctor and nurse communication in hand and foot surgery.Method:126 cases of hand and foot trauma combined with nerve,tendon, blood vessel injury in our hospital from August 2013 to June 2015 were selected,according to the random number table method,patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 63 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group adopted SBAR communication mode,the nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing intervention,the very satisfactory proportion and satisfaction were 85.71%and 96.83%respectively of the observation group,which were significantly higher than 65.08%and 87.30%in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree of observation group were significantly lower than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those in before intervention(P<0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=14.314,17.197,P=0.000,0.000).Conclusion:The application effect of SBAR in hand and foot surgery pain management communication between doctor and nurse is better,it can improve the quality of life of patients,and also improve the satisfaction of patients to doctor and nurse,effectively alleviate the psychological anxiety and depression of patients,it is worth clinical promotion.
