安珂（EnCor）微创切除70例双侧乳房良性肿瘤的应用体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application of ultrasound EnCor minimally invasive system resection of bilateral breast cancer.Method:Application of EnCor minimally invasive system in 70 cases of bilateral breast tumor resection,the postoperative curative effect was observed.Result:70 cases of bilateral breast tumors were resected completely accurate,pathological report showed bilateral fibroadenoma in 26 cases,15 cases of bilateral breast adenosis,breast adenosis with fibroadenoma in 15 cases,right fibroma and left adenosis in 6 cases,4 cases of left fibroma and right adenosis,2 cases of breast intraductal papilloma,2 cases of right fibroma and left cyst.4 cases of postoperative residual cavity ecchymosis (with syringe aspiration treatment),3 cases of skin ecchymosis,1-3 months after the ecchymosis disappeared.There was no infection after operation. The incision was small and subtle,the scar was not obvious, and the appearance of the breast was normal.After 3 months,no tumor residual was found and the patient recovered well.Conclusion:Ultrasound EnCor minimally invasive resection of bilateral breast benign tumor in clinical use compared with the traditional surgery has the advantages of convenient operation,safe and effective,minimally invasive,quick recovery and cosmetic effect.%目的：探讨B超引导下安珂微创旋切系统切除双侧乳房肿瘤的应用体会。方法：应用安珂（EnCor）微创旋切系统对70例双侧乳房肿瘤进行肿瘤切除，观察术后疗效。结果：70例双侧乳房肿瘤均准确完全切除，病理报告示：双侧纤维腺瘤26例；双侧乳腺腺病15例；乳腺腺病伴纤维腺瘤形成15例；右侧纤维瘤、左侧腺病6例；右侧腺病、左侧纤维瘤4例；乳腺导管内乳头状瘤2例；右侧纤维瘤、左侧囊肿2例。术后手术残腔淤血4例（予注射器抽吸处理治愈），皮下瘀斑3例，1~3个月后瘀斑消失。术后切口无感染，切口小而隐蔽，瘢痕不明显，乳房外观形态正常。术后3个月B超复查未见肿瘤残留，患者恢复好。结论：B超引导下安珂微创切除双侧乳房良性肿瘤在临床使用中与传统手术相比具有操作方便、安全有效、微创、恢复快、外观美容的效果。
