P16联合Ki-67免疫组化检测在宫颈病理诊断中的应用

摘要

Objective:To investigative the expression of P16 and Ki-67 in different degree of cervical lesion using immunohistochemistry.Method:A total of 770 patients with cervial intraepithelial neoplasia were chose and received routine pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemical detection of P16 and Ki-67.Result:P16 was gradually filled with positive expression and positive expression rate increased with higher Ki-67 index following the deterioration of cervical diseases.Conclusion:Immunohistochemical detection of P16 and Ki-67 might improve diagnistic accuracy and decrease misdiagnosis.%目的：采用免疫组化技术探讨不同程度宫颈病变组织中P16、Ki-67的表达。方法：收集770例宫颈上皮内瘤变病理标本，进行常规病理诊断和免疫组化检测，观察P16、Ki-67在宫颈标本中的表达。结果：随着宫颈疾病的加重，P16呈逐渐弥漫阳性表达，并且阳性表达率逐渐增加，同时Ki-67指数也同时升高。结论：宫颈病理标本进行P16联合Ki-67检测可以提高诊断准确率，减少误诊漏诊。
