探讨优质护理相关措施在急诊外伤患者处置过程中的应用方法与效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of high quality nursing related measures in treatment with emergency trauma patients.Method:From September 2014 to September 2015,76 cases of emergency trauma in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group had 38 cases.The control group treated with routine nursing care and the observation group treated with quality nursing related measures based on the control group,the clinical efficacy,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 73.68% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality scores of physiological enginery,physiological function, body pain,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.74%,higher than 68.42% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the emergency treatment of trauma patients implement quality care related measures can effectively improve the patient’s clinical treatment effect.%目的：探讨优质护理相关措施在急诊外伤患者处置过程中的应用方法及效果。方法：选取2014年9月-2015年9月本院收治的急诊外伤患者76例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组38例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予优质护理相关措施，比较两组临床疗效、各项生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果：观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.74%，高于对照组的73.68%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、精神健康生活质量评分均高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度为94.74%，高于对照组的68.42%，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在急诊外伤患者处置过程中实施优质护理相关措施可有效提高患者的临床治疗效果。
