冠心病患者血尿酸水平与血管内皮功能相关性分析

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effect of serum uric acid on vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze it’s correlation.Methods:From February 2013 to March 2015,82 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the observation group,another 82 outpatient physical health person at the same time were selected as the control group,the two groups were measured plasma myeloperoxidase(MPO),nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin(ET)level,the correlation between serum uric acid level and vascular endothelial function was analyzed by statistical methods.Result:The concentration of MPO and ET in the observation group were higher than control group,while the NO concentration was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum uric acid in patients with coronary heart disease was positively correlated with MPO and ET(r=0.781,0.489,P<0.05),but was negatively correlated with NO(r=-0.683,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum uric acid levels increased can lead to injure vascular endothelial function,it plays an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis.It is a risk factor of coronary heart disease.%目的:探讨血尿酸对冠心病患者血管内皮功能的影响,并分析其相关性。方法:选取2013年2月-2015年3月本院收治的82例冠心病患者作为观察组,另择同期门诊体检健康者82例作为对照组,分别测定两组血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)水平,并运用统计学方法分析患者血尿酸水平与血管内皮功能相关性。结果:观察组MPO和ET浓度均高于对照组,而NO浓度低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病患者血尿酸水平与MPO和ET值呈正相关(r=0.781、0.489,P<0.05),而与NO值呈显著负相关(r=-0.683,P<0.05)。结论:血尿酸水平升高可致血管内皮功能受损,其在动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中起重要作用,是冠心病发病的危险因素。
