Objective:To understand the epidemiological characteristics of dyslipidemia among the Uygur female population in Xinjiang region.Method:2503 Uygur women who were permanent residents were surveyed by cluster random sampling method.Questionnaires, physical examination and laboratory tests were conducted, fasting venous blood samples were used to test lipid levels,the Uygur women residents were given non-parametric test and chi-square test.Result: The levels of TG,TC,HDL and LDL were separately (4.00±0.99), (1.42±1.06),(1.01±0.36) and (2.36±0.79) mmol/L in the Uygur adult women.The prevalence of dyslipidemia (high TG or high TC) in the Uygur women were 15.62%,the prevalence of high TG,TC and TG+TC were separately 14.66%,2.24% and 1.28%,dyslipidemia prevalence increased with age,the differences were statistically significant ( χ2=45.16,P<0.01).Any age double high prevalence rate was significantly lower than that of pure high TC and TG, female Uygur population mainly to single type blood lipid abnormal.Conclusion:The prevalence of dyslipidemia was higher than the national average level,especially Uygur women over 50 years old,it suggests that the prevalence of dyslipidemia among post-menopausal women rise obviously,so more attention should be paid to the post-menopausal Uygur women on prevention of dyslipidemia in Xinjiang.%目的：了解新疆南疆喀什地区维吾尔族女性人群中血脂异常的流行病学特征。方法：采用整群随机抽样方法，调查维吾尔族31岁及以上女性常住居民2503例进行调查问卷、体格检查和实验室检测，采集清晨空腹静脉血检测血脂，采用非参数检验和卡方检验，分析维吾尔族女性居民血脂异常分布特征。结果：维吾尔族女性人群调查对象TG、TC、HDL和LDL水平分别为（4.00±0.99）、（1.42±1.06）、（1.01±0.36）和（2.36±0.79）mmol/L；新疆伽师县维吾尔族女性居民高甘油三酯或高胆固醇血脂异常患病率为15.62％，其中高甘油三酯（TG）血症、高总胆固醇（TC）血症、双高（高TG同时高TC）患病率分别为14.66％、2.24％、1.28％；血脂异常患病率随年龄增长而增高，差异有统计学意义（χ2=45.16，P<0.01）；任何年龄段双高患病率均明显低于单纯高TC与单纯高TG患病率，维吾尔族女性人群主要以单一型别血脂异常为主。结论：新疆维吾尔族女性人群血脂异常患病率高于全国平均水平，以高TG血症为主，尤其维吾尔族50岁以上女性患病率较高，提示女性更年期后，血脂异常患病率上升明显，应该作为维吾尔族女性重点防治对象。
