1952例消化性溃疡患者电子纤维胃十二指肠镜镜下特征分析

摘要

目的：观察分析三个不同时间段消化性溃疡患者电子纤维胃十二指肠镜镜下特征。方法：2000年1月-2015年11月，本院胃镜室进行了9807例电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检查，共检出消化性溃疡1952例，检出率19.90%。将1952例消化性溃疡患者的电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检查结果按接受检查的年份分为三个时间段进行统计学分析。分别为2000-2005年、2006-2010年、2011-2015年11月。结果：2000-2005年、2006-2010年、2011-2015年11月消化性溃疡患者电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检出率分别为25.12%、22.73%、13.70%（P<0.01）。胃癌患者的比例（电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检出率）分别为2.10%、2.93%、4.25%（P>0.05）。胃溃疡好发部位为胃窦、胃角，十二指肠溃疡好发部位为球部。结论：消化性溃疡患者电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检出率有下降趋势，胃癌患者电子纤维胃十二指肠镜检出率有升高趋势。%Objective:To observe and analyze the electronic fiber 12 colonoscopy stomach endoscope period features of patients with peptic ulcer in three different periods.Method:From January 2000 to November 2015,9807 gastroscopic examinations were performed in our hospital,and 1952 peptic ulcer cases were detected,the detection rate was 19.90%.The electronic fiber 12 duodenum stomach endoscope microscope findings were then analyzed statistically according to the three periods of the examination:2000-2005,2006-2010,2011-2015 in November. Result:The detection rates of peptic ulcer under electronic fiber 12 duodenum stomach endoscope microscope during periods 2000-2005,2006-2010,2011-2015 in November,were respectively 25.12%,22.73% and 13.70%(P<0.01).The rate of gastric cancer(the rate of electronic fiber 12 duodenum stomach endoscope microscope) were 2.10%,2.93%,4.25%(P>0.05).The predilection site for gastric ulcers was the gastric antrum and gastric angle, and that for duodenal ulcers was the bulb.Conclusion:The detection rates of peptic ulcer is decreasing through the years,while the detection rates of that patients with gastric cancer shows an increasing trend.
