不同浓度氯化钠溶液雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎及急性支气管肺炎儿童排痰效果的探讨

             

摘要

目的:探讨不同浓度氯化钠溶液雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎及急性支气管肺炎儿童的排痰效果。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年11月于本院儿科住院的186例毛细支气管炎和238例急性支气管肺炎儿童作为研究对象,各病种按雾化溶液分试验组和对照组,试验组再按氯化钠浓度分组,分别给予0.9%、3%、5%、7%、9%氯化钠液经压缩泵空气雾化吸入,对照组给予灭菌注射用水按同样方法雾化吸入,比较各组的排痰效果。结果:3%、5%、7%、9%氯化钠组间、0.9%氯化钠组和对照组雾化对毛细支气管炎和急性支气管肺炎儿童排痰效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3%氯化钠组与0.9%氯化钠组、对照组排痰效果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同等浓度氯化钠溶液雾化吸入对两种疾病儿童排痰效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3%、5%、7%、9%四种浓度氯化钠溶液雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎或急性支气管肺炎病例都有较理想的排痰效果,效果相当,0.9%氯化钠溶液的效果不理想,0.9%、3%、5%、7%、9%五种浓度氯化钠溶液各自对两种病例的排痰效果相当,选择浓度不过高而又效果理想的3%氯化钠溶液更合适。%Objective:To investigate the effect of different concentrations of sodium chloride solution aerosol inhalation on the sputum elimination in children with bronchiolitis and acute bronchial pneumonia. Method:From September 2013 to November 2015,186 children with bronchiolitis and 238 children with acute bronchial pneumonia in our hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the experimental group and control group according to the atomization solution.According to the concentration of sodium chloride, experimental group were given 0.9%,3%,5%,7%,9% sodium chloride solution through the compression pump air atomizing inhalation,the control group was given sterile water for injection in the same manner inhalation.The effect of sputum elimination in each group were compared.Result:For 3%,5%,7%,9% sodium chloride group, 0.9% sodium chloride group and control group,there were no significant differences in the effect of atomization on bronchiolitis and acute bronchial pneumonia in children(P>0.05).The effect of sputum elimination in 0.9%sodium chloride group and control group compared with 3% sodium chloride group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of the same concentration of sodium chloride solution aerosol inhalation on two kinds of diseases in children with sputum elimination was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:3%, 5%,7%,9% sodium chloride solution aerosol inhalation on bronchiolitis or acute bronchial pneumonia patients have more ideal effect of sputum,their effect is equivalent,the effect of 0.9% sodium chloride solution is not ideal. The sputum elimination effect of 0.9,3%,5%,7% or 9% sodium chloride solution is equivalent for the two cases. Select the concentration is not too high and the effect of the ideal 3% sodium chloride solution is more appropriate.
