2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与血脂、胰岛素抵抗的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者血尿酸水平与血脂、胰岛素抵抗（IR）相关性。方法：选取2015年1月-2015年12月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者93例作为研究对象，根据血清尿酸（SUA）水平分为正常尿酸（NUA）组52例和高尿酸（HUA）组41例，比较两组临床及相关生化指标的差异，分析SUA水平与血脂、IR的相关性。结果：两组患者体重指数（BMI）、甘油三酯（TC）、总胆固醇（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）及胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；相关性分析显示，SUA与BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HOMA-IR呈正相关，与HDL-C、ISI呈负相关。结论：T2DM患者血尿酸水平与血脂、胰岛素抵抗相关。%Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and blood lipid, insulin resistance (IR) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:From January 2015 to December 2015,93 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus in our department were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the normal serum uric acid (NUA) group of 52 cases and the hyperuricemia (HUA) group of 41 cases in terms of serum uric acid levels.The differences of clinical and biochemical indexes in two groups were compared,the correlation between SUA level with blood lipid and IR were analyzed.Result:The body mass index (BMI),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),insulin resistance index(IR),insulin sensitivity index(ISI) in two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that SUA was positively correlated with BMI, TC,TG,LDL-C and HOMA-IR,negatively correlated with ISI and HDL-C.Conclusion:Serum uric acid levels have correlation with blood lipid and insulin resistance in patients with T2DM.
