护理干预在根管治疗术根管充填中的影响

摘要

目的：评定护理干预在根管治疗术根管充填中产生的影响，总结进一步提升患者填充质量的干预方法。方法：采取随机方案选择本院口腔科2012年10月-2014年12月接收的70例患者作治疗组，均接受根管治疗术+护理干预；同期选择70例患者作对照组，均接受根管治疗术+一般护理，对入选患者的临床效果和预后情况进行评定，并在组内进行客观对比。结果：治疗组患者治疗时间为（28.95±3.11）min，对照组为（43.11±3.10）min，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者的充填致密度及充填位置比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗组患者有1例出现不良症状，对照组有15例，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在根管治疗术根管充填操作程序中，配合护理干预效果显著。%Objective:To evaluate the influence of nursing intervention on root canal therapy for root canal filling and to conclude the intervention methods which further improve the filling quality of the patients. Method:A total of 70 patients who received treatment in the department of stomatology in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2014 were randomly chosen as the treatment group and treated with application of root canal therapy and nursing intervention.At the same time,70 patients were chosen as the control group and treated by root canal therapy and general care.The clinical efficacy and prognosis of all the patients were evaluated and compared within groups.Result:During the research,duration of treatment of the patients in the treatment group was(28.95±3.11)minutes while that in the control group was(43.11±3.10)minutes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups of patients with the filling density and filling position comparative differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 patient in the treatment group,but 15 cases in the control group showed adverse symptoms,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:During the treatment of root canal filling using root canal therapy, the application of nursing intervention attributes to better treatment efficacy.
