儿童牙科畏惧症医疗护理因素评估

摘要

目的：研究儿童牙科畏惧症医疗护理因素的定量评估方法。方法：利用层次分析法与模糊数学法相结合的手段对儿童牙科畏惧症医疗护理因素进行评估，并得出最终的护理效果评估数值。结果：模糊层次分析法可以精准地计算各个医疗护理因素的权重值与评估系数，并可计算出整体的护理评分值为3.85。结论：模糊层次分析法的研究可以对儿童牙科畏惧症的医疗护理效果做出客观合理的评价，从而可以根据所得出的定量研究结果进行有效的预防与改善。%Objective:To research on the quantitative evaluation of health care factors of children dental fear.Method:Medical care factors of the children dental fear was evaluated by using the method analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method,then the final evaluation score of the nursing effect was calculated. Result:Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process could be used to calculate the weighted value and the coefficient of each medical care factor,the overall score of nursing was 3.85.Conclusion:Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can make an objective and reasonable evaluation of the effect of medical care for children with dental fear.Effective prevention and improvement can be conducted according to the results that after the quantitative study.
