前列地尔治疗老年急性肾损伤的临床疗效及其对胱抑素C、白细胞介素-6的影响

摘要

目的：观察前列地尔治疗老年急性肾损伤（AKI）的临床疗效及其对胱抑素C（Cys-C）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的影响。方法：选取本院收治的老年AKI患者98例，随机分为观察组和对照组各49例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予前列地尔注射液。比较两组患者的治疗效果及相关实验室指标。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后Scr、BUN、Cys-C、IL-6水平均明显低于治疗前（P<0.05），其中观察组降低程度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：前列地尔治疗老年急性肾损伤临床疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Alprostadil in the treatment of gerontal patients with acute kidney injury (AKI) and its effect on cystatin C (Cys), interleukin IL-6(IL-6) effect. Method:98 elderly patients with AKI were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 casesin each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given Alprostadil injection on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect and laboratory indexes of two groups of patients were compared.Result:In the observation group, the clinical curative effect was obviously superior to the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the patients in the two groups of Scr, BUN, serum cystatin C, serum IL-6 average were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), which the observation group reduced significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There has a significant curative effect that Alprostadil in treatment of elderly patients with acute kidney injury, worthy of clinical application.
