门诊高热患儿采血前规范管理对规避安全隐患的应用研究

摘要

目的：探讨规范管理在门诊高热患儿采血前的应用效果。方法：选取2013年6月-2014年6月本院儿内科门诊就诊的高热需采血患儿1200例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组600例，观察组通过制定规范管理流程，成立采血前规范管理小组，制定质量控制方案，对采血前高热患儿进行规范管理，对照组采取常规管理模式管理，比较两组患儿寒战、高热惊厥发生情况和投诉情况。结果：观察组寒战及高热惊厥发生率均低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组患儿家属投诉率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：对门诊高热患儿进行采血前规范管理，可以有效降低寒战、高热惊厥发生率和家属投诉率，规避安全隐患，提高护理服务满意度，确保护理安全。%Objective:To explore the applicable effect of standardized management of hyperpyretic children in outpatient service before blood sampling.Method:1200 hyperpyretic children who were in the outpatient service of pediatrics department in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,600 cases in each group.By establishing standardized management process,founding standardized management group before blood sampling,making quality control plan,standardized management was given to the hyperpyretic children of the observation group.The control group was given conventional management mode for the management.The situation of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and complaint was compared between the two groups.Result:The rates of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and complaint in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The standardized management of hyperpyretic children in outpatient service before blood sampling can effectively reduce the rate of shivering,hyperpyretic convulsion and the rate of complaint,avoid potential safety hazard,improve nursing satisfaction and ensure nursing safety.
