八段锦对冠心病患者心脏康复干预效果的Meta分析

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effect of Ba Duan Jin on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, Embase, PubMed, WOS-SCI, China Knowledge Network (CNKI) , China Biomedical (CBM) , Wanfang and Weipu databases were searched to collect the relevant literatures of Ba Duan Jin applied to patients with coronary heart disease. The time limit for the study was to build the library until October 2018. Outcome measures included left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) , metabolic equivalent (METs) , N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) , and 6-min walk test (6 MWT).Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results A total of 6 articles were included and 563 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that Ba Duan Jin improved LVEF in patients with coronary heart disease compared with the control group [MD=3.37, 95%CI (2.30, 4.43) , P<0.00001], METs [MD=0.54, 95%CI (-0.07, 1.14) , P=0.08] and 6 MWT [MD=51.38, 95%CI (22.79, 79.98) , P=0.0004], reduce NT-proBNP levels [MD=-0.17, 95%CI (-110.30, -84.04) , P<0.00001]. Conclusion The exercise of Ba Duan Jin in patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve the heart function of patients with coronary heart disease. This exercise is expected to be an option for the prescription of cardiac rehabilitation exercise.%目的 评价八段锦应用于冠心病患者心脏康复的效果.方法 检索Cochrane Library、Web of science、Embase、PubMed、WOS-SCI、中国知网 (CNKI) 、中国生物医学 (CBM) 、万方和维普数据库, 收集八段锦应用于冠心病患者的相关文献, 检索时限为建库至2018年10月, 结局指标包括左室射血分数 (LVEF) 、代谢当量 (METs) 、N末端B型利钠肽原 (NT-proBNP) 、6 min步行试验 (6MWT) .采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入6篇文献, 563例患者.Meta分析结果显示, 与对照组相比, 八段锦能提高冠心病患者的LVEF[MD=3.37, 95%CI (2.30, 4.43) , P<0.00001]、METs[MD=0.54, 95%CI (-0.07, 1.14) , P=0.08]和6MWT[MD=51.38, 95%CI (22.79, 79.98) , P=0.0004], 降低NT-proBNP水平[MD=-0.17, 95%CI (-110.30, -84.04) , P<0.00001].结论 冠心病患者进行八段锦运动可有效改善冠心病患者的心功能, 该运动有望作为心脏康复运动处方的一个可选方案.
