慢性非细菌性前列腺炎 (CAP) 是中老年男性常见的多发病, 其发病机制不确切, 发病原因较多、较为复杂, 患者多因尿道刺激症状以及慢性盆腔疼痛就诊, 严重时还会影响患者的精神状态.其治疗方法较多, 但均不理想, 导致该病反复迁延, 患者生活质量较低, 生理及心理均受到不同程度影响, 因此探讨其综合治疗疗效显得尤为重要.本文就此作一综述, 以期临床更深刻的认识CAP的综合治疗.%Chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CAP) is a common and frequently-occurring disease in middle-aged and elderly men. Its pathogenesis is inaccurate. The causes of the disease are more complicated and complicated. The patients are often diagnosed with urinary tract irritation and chronic pelvic pain. Affecting the patient's mental state, there are many treatment methods, but they are not ideal, resulting in repeated delays of the disease, the patient's quality of life is low, physiological and psychological are affected to varying degrees, so it is particularly important to explore the comprehensive treatment effect.
