浅析实施临床干预在降低阴道分娩产后出血率中的应用

摘要

目的探讨临床干预在降低阴道分娩产后出血率的应用价值。方法选取自2012年10月~2013年10月在我院进行阴道分娩的1026例产妇，随机分为对照组和观察组，对对照组512例产妇进行常规护理，对观察组514例产妇进行临床干预。对比两组产妇的产后出血率和出血量。结果两组产妇阴道分娩后出血量差异较小。对照组阴道分娩产后出血率为4.49%，观察组阴道分娩产后出血率为1.36%。观察组阴道分娩产后出血率低于对照组，差异较大，有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对产妇经阴道分娩进行临床干预，可以预防产后出血，降低产后出血率，具有极大的应用价值。%Objective To study the clinical intervention in reducing the rate of vaginal delivery postpartum hemorrhage application value.
