慢性精神分裂症患者实施品管圈活动对护理满意度的影响

摘要

Objective To analysis the ef ect of QCC activities to split the nursing satisfaction of patients on chronic spirit.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from 2011 December~2014 year in January has treated division were analyzed retrospectively.Results The implementation of quality control circle activity self-care nursing care of patients with total satisfaction,the qualified rate was significantly higher than that of the implementation capacity of quality control circle,the dif erences were statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Chronic schizophrenia helps to improve the patients' satisfaction and self-care ability of patients with the implementation of quality control circle,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的分析品管圈活动对慢性精神分裂症患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院自2011年12月~2014年1月以来收治的68例慢性精神分裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果实施品管圈活动后患者护理总满意度、自理能力合格率均明显高于实施品管圈活动前，其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂患者实施品管圈活动有助于提高患者满意度及自理能力，值得临床推广应用。
