乳腺癌诊断中超声和X线钼靶诊断的临床价值分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of the diagnosis of breast cancer X-ray mammography and ultrasound diagnostics.Methods In our hospital in January 2013~December were treated with ultrasound and X-ray mammography and were confirmed by surgery and pathology confirmed 50 cases of breast cancer patients for the study,the clinical imaging data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Diagnostic ultrasound and surgical pathology diagnosis was 88.0%, X-ray mammography diagnosis was 70.0%;combined diagnostic ultrasound and mammography X-ray coincidence rate was 92.0%.Conclusion Breast cancer diagnosis,ultrasound combined with X-ray mammography diagnosis rate is higher,ultrasound diagnosis rate is slightly higher than X-ray mammography diagnosis,the combined diagnosis of breast cancer can significantly improve the detection rate and the ability to identify with high practical value.%目的：探讨分析乳腺癌诊断中超声和X线钼靶诊断的临床价值。方法选取我院2013年1月~12月收治的行超声和X线钼靶检查且均经手术及病理学证实的50例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,对其临床影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果超声诊断与手术病理诊断符合率为88.0%,X线钼靶诊断符合率为70.0%；超声和X线钼靶联合诊断符合率为92.0%。结论乳腺癌诊断中,超声联合X线钼靶诊断符合率较高,超声诊断符合率略高于X线钼靶诊断,故联合诊断能明显提高乳腺癌的检出率及鉴别能力,具有较高的实用价值。
