浅谈高压氧治疗脑梗死患者的护理

摘要

我科自2001年~2013年共收治脑梗死且适应高压氧治疗的患者约1200例，在给与此类患者调整血压，溶栓抗凝，康复理疗等常规治疗的同时，给脑梗死患者进行高压氧治疗，认真做好入舱前的护理及加压、稳压、减压过程中的各项护理，尤其对舱内特殊患者的护理，达到了挽救患者生命，减轻或消除后遗症，加快康复的过程，提升患者生活质量的目的。%In our hospital from 2001 to 2013 were treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment of cerebral infarction and to about 1200 patients in these patients, to adjust blood pressure, anti coagulation and thrombolytic therapy, rehabilitation therapy and other conventional treatment at the same time, to cerebral infarction in patients with hyperbaric oxygen therapy, conscientiously do a good job before entering the cabin pressure, voltage, and nursing during decompression the nursing care of patients, especial y for special cabin, to save the lives of patients, reduce or eliminate the sequela, to speed up the recovery process, improve patient quality of life purpose.
