老年人早期胃癌外科治疗

摘要

根据调查在我市中心医院1996年5月~2007年5月确诊老年人患胃癌647例，在其中老年人早期胃癌67例，这个数目占同期老年人胃癌总数的11.4%，现在根据老年人早期胃癌的临床病理特点，手术方式及预后因素等进行分析。%According to the survey in 1996 May to 2007 I central hospital diagnosed in May and elderly patients, 647 cases of gastric cancer in elderly patients with early gastric cancer, of which67 cases for the same period, the number of elderly patients with gastric cancer is now 11.4% of the total, according to the clinical and pathological characteristics of elderly patients with early gastric cancer, operation and prognosis factors analysis.
