高压氧综合康复治疗急性面神经炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective Observe the clinic treatment effect on the patient of idiopathic facial palsy from HBO together with facial muscle movement treatment.Methods According to the case inclusion criteria, we selected 60 patients of idiopathic facial palsy with disease course within 2 weeks and divided these 60 patients into 2 groups, namely, control group&treatment group by 30 patients each group. For control group, we use the medicine treatment (Prednisone, Mecobalamin Tablets, Vitamin B1, etc.) and physical gene treatment (Laser, Micrometer wave, medium-frequency treatment and so on are selected as per the disease course); For treatment group, we use the HBD together with facial muscle movement treatment based on the treatment for control group simultaneously. The assessment wil be carried out per Portmann simple clinic assessment method prior and 4 weeks later for these two groups. Results The ef ective time of treatment group is shorter than that of control group (P<0.05) and the treatment ef ect of treatment group is superior to that of control group ( <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive Hyperbaric oxygen rehabilitation treatment can ease the symptom and promote the function recovery quickly for idiopathic facial palsy.%目的：观察高压氧加上面肌运动训练治疗对急性面神经炎患者的临床疗效。方法按照病例纳入标准，选择急性面神经炎患者60例，病程均在2 w以内，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例，对照组予以药物治疗(泼尼松，甲钴胺，维生素B1等)及物理因子治疗(根据病程选择激光、毫米波、中频等治疗)；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，同时采用高压氧加上面肌运动训练治疗。两组治疗前、治疗后4w均按照Portmann临床简易评分法进行评定。结果治疗组的起效时间短于对照组(P<0.05)，疗效方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧综合康复治疗急性面神经炎可迅速缓解症状、促进功能恢复。
