目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期肢体康复护理。方法对我院2013年1月~12月神经内科的偏瘫卧床患者60例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例，进行比较两组肢体功能恢复情况，早期进行综合康复护理，同时进行关节被动运动和主动运动、日常生活训练。结果实验组各项指标明显优于对照组。结论早期康复护理有助于最大限度地恢复患者的肢体功能，提高生活自理能力，改善生活质量。%Objective To investigate the hemiplegic patients in early rehabilitation nursing. Methods In our hospital from 2013 January to 2013 December in Department of internal medicine patients with hemiplegia nerve in 60 cases of stroke patients as the research object, randomly divided into experimental group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, were compared between the two groups of limb function, rehabilitation nursing of early, joint passive movement and active exercise, the same when the daily training. Results In the experimental group was bet er than that of the control group index. Conclusion Early rehabilitation care can maximize the recovery of limb function, improve self-care ability, improve the quality of life.
