儿童合理用药中应注意的几个问题

The child is a special physiological characteristics of groups, the medication is dif erent from the adult, the drug has the dual function of disease and the pathogenesis, so drugs should consider the dif erences in drug treatment index and physiological mechanism of the adult children, the children of irrational drug use for several discussions, the hospital should to strengthen the clinical drug monitoring, tracking were observed after treatment, to minimize the adverse drug reaction, do the rational use of medicines, to encourage children to safe, ef ective, reasonable, improve the quality of life in children.%儿童是一个具有特殊生理特点的群体，其用药有别于成人，药物有治病和致病的双重作用，故用药时应充分考虑药物的治疗指数以及儿童成人生理机构上的差异，本文就儿童不合理用药作几点探讨，各医院应加强临床药物监测，患儿用药后的跟踪观察，最大限度地减少药物的不良反应，做到合理使用药品，以促使儿童用药趋于安全、有效、合理，提高患儿生命质量。
