烧伤患者创面分泌物细菌培养与药物敏感性分析

         

摘要

Objective Drug resistance analysis of pathogenic microorganisms infection on burn wound exudates and antimicrobial agents, rational use of antibiotics in order to guide the clinical. Methods 67 cases of burn patients were selected in our hospital in recent admissions, bacterial culture and drug sensitivity test of 67 cases of wound secretion. Results 67 cases of burn patients germiculture together pathogenic bacteria 172 strains, including 103 strains of gram negative bacil i, accounting for 59.88%; 65 strains of gram positive cocci, accounted for 37.79%; 4 strains of fungi, accounted for 2.33%. Drug sensitivity test showed, gram positive cocci for higher sensitivity, vancomycin in gram negative bacil i to imipenem sensitivity. Conclusion Burn patients most existing phenomenon of multiple pathogens, pathogenic bacteria resistant to multiple antimicrobial drugs, clinical antibiotic treatment of burn patients in the implementation, should strengthen the drug sensitive test and medication should be taken in combination.%目的:分析烧伤患者创面分泌物的病原微生物感染情况及抗菌药物的药敏情况,以便可以指导临床抗生素的合理应用。方法择取我院近期内接诊的67例烧伤患者,对次67例患者的创面分泌物进行细菌培养以及药物敏感性测试。结果本组67例烧伤患者的创面分泌物细菌培养合计检出病原菌172株,其中革兰阴性杆菌103株,占59.88%;革兰阳性球菌65株,占37.79%;真菌4株,占2.33%。药敏试验结果显示,革兰阳性球菌对于万古霉素的敏感性较高、革兰阴性杆菌对于亚胺培南的敏感性较高。结论烧伤患者多数存在多种病原菌感染现象,病原菌对多种抗菌药物具有耐药性,临床在对烧伤患者实施抗生素治疗时,应加强药敏试验且在用药时应采取联合用药。
