针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘要

Objective To study ef ects of a combined regime of acupuncture on Neck-Jiaji and massage in treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and make a preliminary revelation of mechanisms treated by auricular-plaster and body acupuncture. Methods 131 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,a comparison of fol owing indexes between the treatment group received acupuncture on Neck-Jiaji combined with massage and the control group received treatment with massage, clinical overal therapeutic ef ect,special function examine and image indexes. Results The treatment group was better than the control group in clinical overal therapeutic ef ect. Twenty-eight cases were clinical control with clinical control rate of 43.76%,in the treatment group ,and twenty-two cases were clinical control with clinical control rate of 36.67%;compared with the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic ef ect on treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type with acupuncture on Neck-Jiaji combined with massage are bet er than only with massage.%目的探讨针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及其初步的作用机制。方法将131例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组，治疗组接受针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗，对照组接受推拿治疗，观察两组病例治疗前后临床症状、特殊功能检查、影像学检查指标的变化。结果两组临床疗效在观察期内差异有显著性，治疗组临床控制率为43.76%(28/64)，对照组为36.67%(22/60)，治疗组的临床控制率高于对照组，差异具有显著性(<0.05)。结论针刺颈夹脊结合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于单纯推拿疗法。
