妇科肿瘤医源性扩散的原因及预防措施

摘要

在临床上，妇科肿瘤根据程度主要可以分为良性、交界性以及恶性，在癌症发病的阶段也可以分为癌前病变以及恶性肿瘤的分别。在临床护理上，妇科肿瘤具有复杂性的特点，而且在临床治疗中，妇科肿瘤的医源性扩散是肿瘤的临床难题之一。因此在护理以及诊疗的过程中，医师需要就妇科肿瘤进行详细的判断，采用新技术以及新理念对妇科肿瘤进行诊疗。本文以符合肿瘤的医源性扩散作为主要的研究独享，对于妇科肿瘤的医源性扩散的因素进行探讨。本文的主要的目的是对妇科肿瘤的医源性扩散进行探讨，从而减少医源性肿瘤扩散的几率，提升患者的生存率以及生活质量。%in clinic, gynecologic tumor according to the degree can be divided intobenign,borderline and malignant,in cancer stage can be divided into pre cancerous lesions and malignant tumors respectively.In clinical nursing,gynecological tumor with complexity,but also in the clinical treatment,iatrogenic spreading gynecological tumoris one of the clinical problems of tumor.Therefore in the care and treatment process,physicians need detailed judgement of gynecologic tumors,using new technology and new concept of diagnosis and treatment in gynecological tumors.In this paper,in order to comply with the tumor of iatrogenic dif usion as the only major factors,for iatrogenic spreading of gynecologic tumors were discussed.The main purpose is to cure sourcedif usion on gynecologic tumor were discussed,so as to reduce the risk of iatrogenictumor spread,improve survival rate and quality of life.
