目的：探讨股骨头单纯压缩性骨折的治疗方法。方法所有回访成功的(2~9年)21例单纯压缩性股骨头骨折患者，均卧床休息3个月，给予胫骨结节牵引等治疗。结果参照髋关节功能评分标准（Harris），优良者10例，良者6例，一般者3例，差者2例，优良率高达76.2%。结论股骨头单纯压缩性骨折保守治疗可以取得良好的效果。%Objective To investigate and research the treatment and clinical ef ects of femoral head compression fractures. Methods 21 patients were fol owed up for 2-9years. Al patients were treated with non-operative methods:resting in bed for three months and performing traction of tubercle of tibia and etc. Results According to the Harris Hip Score's criteria, 10 cases were rated as excellent, 6 cases were good, 3cases were fair, and only 2 were poor. The overal rate of excellent and good was as high as 76.2%. Conclusions Non-operative method is an ef ective method in the treatment of femoral head compression fractures.
