1例有机磷中毒洗胃致呼吸心跳骤停患者的急救护理体会

摘要

Objective: Discussion on organic phosphorus gastric lavage with respiratory and cardiac arrest caused by emergency treatment and nursing of pesticide poisoning. Methods: Review the resume breathing heartbeat of organic phosphorus respiratory and cardiac arrest, 1 cases of gastric lavage in my April 23, 2013 poisoning patients after emergency case. Results:Patients recovered spontaneous breathing, heart rate,and cured. Conclusion:Take quick basic life support is critical to the success of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,Changes of medical staf to the strict observation condition in the emergency process ,Ef ective teamwork emergency work.%目的：探讨有机磷农药中毒洗胃致呼吸心跳骤停急救措施及护理方式。方法回顾性分析2013年4月23日我科1例洗胃过程中呼吸心跳骤停的有机磷中毒患者急救后恢复呼吸心跳的案例。结果患者恢复自主呼吸、心率，后痊愈出院。结论快速采取基本生命支持是心肺复苏成功的关键，医务人员在急救过程中要严密观察病情的变化，采取有效的团队配合开展急救工作。
