目的：探讨适合疗养院离退休人员的护理查房模式，提升优质护理。方法通过完善查房制度、树立查房理念、丰富查房内容、拓展查房形式的实践，分析效果。结果每期进行问卷调查，满意率达到98%以上。结论护理查房方式的持续改进能够提高护理质量。%Objective To explore the nursing ward round model for nursing homes from retiree, improving quality of nursing. Methods Through the perfect operation system, set ing up the operation concept, enriching content, expanding rounds rounds practice, the ef ect was analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate were 98% or more in each questionnaire investigations. Conclusion The continuous improvement of the nursing ward round to improve the quality of nursing.
