对接受高频电刀手术的痔疮患者实施围手术期护理的效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the high frequency electricity knife surgery patients with hemor hoids perioperative nursing ef ect.Methods To choose the hospital treatment of 64 patients with hemorrhoids as the research object,for patients with high frequency electric knife surgery,postoperative imposed perioperative nursing,patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of treatment and nursing of the patients were observed.Results Al patients were successful y discharged from the hospital,patients with shorter length of hospital stay,il ness recur ence rate is low,no wound infection and bleeding symptoms after surgery.Conclusion The high frequency electricity knife surgery patients with hemor hoids perioperative nursing can reduce postoperative complications and patient relapse rate, help patients to recover as soon as possible.%目的：探讨对接受高频电刀手术的痔疮患者实施围手术期护理的效果。方法选取我院治疗的64例痔疮患者为研究对象，对患者实施高频电刀手术，术后对其实施围手术期护理，回顾性分析患者的临床资料并观察患者治疗及护理效果。结果所有患者均顺利出院，患者住院时间较短，病情复发率低，术后无伤口感染及大出血症状。结论对接受高频电刀手术的痔疮患者实施围手术期护理能够降低患者术后并发症及病情复发率，有利于患者尽快康复。
