天然药物制剂对脑血液循环的改善作用

摘要

Objective To provide a reference for clinical reasonable application of nature medicine. Methods The mechanisms of active extracts from Chinese herbal drugs to treat cerebral infarction were summarized by reviewing literature. Results and Conclusion A variety of traditional Chinese medicine extracts could treat cerebral infarction through improving the brain blood circulation, the mechanism of action is similar to the anticoagulant thrombolytic drug at home and abroad, and less adverse reaction, the cost of extraction and preparation is lower. Reasonable application of these drugs can treat patients with cerebral infarction, safely, ef ectively and cheap.%目的为天然药物制剂的临床合理应用提供参考。方法通过对相关文献的查阅与复习，总结中药活性成分在脑梗死治疗的药理作用机制。结果与结论许多中药提取物通过改善脑血液循环来治疗脑梗死，其作用机制与国内外开发的抗凝溶栓药物类似，且不良反应少，开采、提取、制备的成本较低。合理应用这些药物，可以安全有效经济地治疗脑梗死患者。
