复方丁香开胃贴联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童功能性腹痛46例临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the ef ect of compound dingxiangkaiwei paste combined with sea buckthom emulsion on children's functional bel yache.Methods 91 cases of chiIdren,who have got functional bel yache,were classified to the control group and the therapy group at random,therapeutic ef ect and side ef ect were observed during 4 weeks.Results The bel yache symptom of two groups was recovered,total ef ective rate of the therapy group is 95.7%,that of the control group is 64.4%.Total ef ective rate of the therapy group is significantly higher than that ofthe control group.the side ef ect doesn't exist.Conclusion Aftertaking comprehensive measure of curing functional bel yache,there is more significant therapeutic ef ect of using compound dingxiangkaiwei paste combined with sea buckthom emulsion.%目的观察复方丁香开胃贴联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童功能性腹痛的临床疗效。方法将91例功能性腹痛患儿随机分为治疗组46例与对照组45例，对照组给予饮食指导和心理疏导，必要时给予解痉剂及促胃肠动力药物；治疗组在此基础上，给予复方丁香开胃贴联合沙棘干乳剂，治疗4w，观察疗效及副作用。结果治疗组和对照组腹痛症状均有改善，治疗组总有效率95.7豫，对照组为64.4豫。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，无明显副作用。结论在采取综合措施的基础上，应用复方丁香开胃贴联合沙棘干乳剂治疗儿童功能性腹痛疗效确切。
