目的：观察B超监护下放置吉妮柔适 IUD的临床效果。方法在B超监护下放置吉妮IN(柔适)型 IUD 100例。分别在术后1、3、6、12、24、36个月行门诊咨询、妇科检查和B超检查。观察吉妮柔适 IUD下移及脱落、因症取出、带器妊娠等数据并进行临床效果分析。结果吉妮柔适 IUD是一种新型固定式IUD，脱落率低、副反应少、续用率高，适合推广使用。结论吉妮柔适IUD是一种新型固定式IUD，有脱落率低、副反应少、续用率高的特点，适合推广使用。%Objective To observe the placed under ultrasound monitoring Gynefix clinical effect of IUD.
