儿科护理细节中引起护理纠纷的原因与防范对策

摘要

目的：对儿科护理细节中引起护理纠纷的原因进行分析，提出有效措施。方法选取本院2014年6月~2015年6月收治的160例患儿，对其临床资料进行分析，以此来分析在儿科护理细节中引起护理纠纷的因素及其相关对策。结果在儿科细节管理中，引起纠纷的主要因素有护士自身的因素，患儿家属因素、医院制度、环境以及社会等因素。结论将细节管理融入到儿科护理管理中，从细节抓起，提升儿科护理工作中的安全防范工作。%Objective Mainly for pediatric nursing the causes of nursing disputes were analyzed in detail,and effective measures are put forward. Methods Our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were 160 children,to analyze the clinical data,to analyze causes of nursing disputes in pediatric nursing details and related countermeasures.Results In the pediatric detail management,tfamily factors in children with,hospital system,environmental and social factors.Conclusion The details into the pediatric nursing management,from the details,improve safety in pediatric nursing work,in order to avoid some mistakes,reduce the incidence of nursing disputes occurred.
