胎儿心脏超声筛查用于先天性心脏病检测的临床价值

摘要

目的：探讨在先天性心脏病检测中应用胎儿心脏超声筛查的价值。方法选择2015年1月~12月在我院接受检查的健康孕妇800例作为研究对象，进行产前筛查，得出筛查结果，分析心脏超声筛查的在临床上检测先天性心脏病的价值。结果共筛查出先天性心脏病胎儿3例，发洛氏四联征1例，主动脉弓离段1例，右位主动脉弓+室间隔缺损1例。结论在先天性心脏病检测中，应用胎儿心脏超声筛查能够诊断胎儿心脏的结构、功能，准确性高，并且无创伤。%Objective To evaluate the value of fetal echocardiography screening in the detection of congenital heart disease.Methods 2015 January~December to check the health of our hospital 800 cases of pregnant women as research subjects,prenatal screening,screening results obtained,the analysis of cardiac ultrasound screening to detect clinically congenital value of heart disease.Results Were screened out of three cases of fetal congenital heart disease,hair Rockwell Fallot 1 case,1 case of aortic arch section,right aortic arch+ventricular septal defect in 1 case.Conclusion Congenital heart disease is detected,the application of ultrasound screening to diagnose fetal heart fetal heart structure,function,high accuracy and non-invasive.
