延伸护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the impact of extension nursing service on the quality of life and compliance behavior of discharged patients of early chronic renal failure . Methods 90 discharged patients diagnosed with early chronic renal failure were chosen as the research object, and were divided into observation group and control group, 45 patients in each group. The control group was given regular nurse care and health education, and the observation group adopted by extension nursing service., including follow-up, Micro message platform, the guidance and supervision of drugs, diet and exercise . Comparing the self- nursing ability and compliance of patients in two groups for 1 year after discharged. Comparing the quality of life in hospital with 1 year after discharged. Results The patients of two groups have no significant difference in diet, medication compliance and referral. The observation group was better than the control group in self-testing blood pressure, recording symptoms and medicine eating, index and quality of life. Conclusion Extension nursing service can improve the compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure.%目的：对延伸护理对早期慢性肾功能衰竭患者出院后遵医行为依从性及生活质量的影响进行探讨。方法以本科90例早期慢性肾功能衰竭出院患者为研究对象，将研究对象分为观察组和对照组，每组45例患者。对照组进行常规的护理健康教育，观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施延伸护理，包括定期电话、随访、微信平台、对药物、饮食护理及锻炼进行指导和监督，比较两组患者在出院后1年时的自我护理能力、遵医行为依从性。比较两组在出院时及1年后的生活质量评分。结果两组患者在饮食、服药方面依从性无明显差异，在自测血压、记录症状及按照要求进行服药方面，观察组好于对照组。观察组患者在功能性生活指数、生活质量的评分高于对照组。结论延伸护理使患者的遵医行为得到改善，使慢性肾功能衰竭患者生活质量得到提高。
