层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate level of nursing management mode in the management of the ICU application effect.Methods 120 cases of ICU patients in nursing management mode of different department were divided into 2 groups,control group 60 routine nursing management,observation group of routine nursing management level 60.Results The observation group,all the indicators is better than that of control group,two groups of data significant difference ( <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The application level of nursing management in the ICU nursing management mode,is adopted application.%目的评估层级护理管理模式在ICU护理管理中的应用效果。方法120例ICU科室患者以护理管理模式的不同分为两组，对照组60例行常规护理管理，观察组60例行层级护理管理。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组，两组数据差异显著(<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论在ICU护理管理中应用层级护理管理模式效果显著，值得采纳应用。
