精细化护理管理模式在精神病医院临床病房中的应用

摘要

Objective: To explore the fine nursing management mode of application of psychiatric ward , explore the method of nursing management better .Methods:2013 January ~December in our hospital inpatient psychiatric ward patient male , January to implement general nursing management in June , June-implementation of meticulous nursing management in December , the incidence and degree of satisfaction of patients compared to the situation before and after the fine management of nursing quality , in the process of nursing adverse events .Results:after meticulous management , adverse events of nursing quality , incidence , patient satisfaction is fine management before the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion:the implementation of the refinement of man-agement, not only can improve the patients'satisfaction and improved quality of care , but also can reduce the incidence of adverse e-vents in psychiatric department .%目的：探讨精细化护理管理模式对精神科病房中的应用，探讨更好的护理管理方法。方法：为2013年1～12月在我院精神科男一病区住院的患者，1～6月实施普通护理管理，6～12月实施精细化护理管理，比较精细化管理前后的护理质量、护理过程中的不良事件的发生率和患者满意度情况。结果：经过精细化管理后，护理质量、不良事件的发生率、患者满意度较精细化管理前差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论：实施精细化管理，不仅可以提高患者家属的满意度、改善护理质量，还能降低精神科不良事件的发生率。
