水胶体敷料治疗压疮的中文文献 Meta 分析

摘要

目的：系统评价水胶体敷料治疗压疮的疗效及安全性。方法计算机联机检索 CNKI、VIP、万方数据库（各数据库检索时间为创建至2014年12月）中关于水胶体敷料治疗压疮的随机对照试验（ RCT），用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行 Meta 分析。结果共纳入18篇 RCT，包括1125例患者。Meta 分析结果显示，水胶体对压疮的治疗效果优于对照组（RR =1.2595% CI 1.19~1.32，P <0.00001）。结论基于现有临床证据，水胶体敷料对压疮的治疗有效，安全性高。但由于纳入研究的数量较少，研究质量不统一，本结论尚需要更多大样本、高质量的临床 RCT 予以证实。%Objective To systematical y evaluate the ef icacy and safety of Transparent dressings to treat pressure ulcers. Methods The randomized control ed trials(RCT)of Transparent dressings to treat pressure ulcers were searched out by computer in the CNKI,VIP and WANFANG DATA(from their inception to Decembe,2014). Meta analysis of the data was Carried out by RevMan 5. 3 software. Results Eighteen RCTs were chosen,which included 1125 patients. The Meta analyses showed that Transparent dressings to treat pressure ulcers were superior to those of the control group(RR = 1. 25,95% CI 1. 19 ~ 1. 32,P < 0. 000 01). Conclusion Based on current clinical evidence,Transparent dressings,ef ective for the treatment of pressure ulcers,and high safety. However,due to the smal amount of included studies,this Conclusion needs to be identified by more and larger samples and high - quality RCTs.
