B 型钠尿肽在充血性心力衰竭检测中的临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨 B 型钠尿肽（ BNP）在充血性心力衰竭（ CHF）检测中的临床意义。方法选取2013年6月至2015年6月就诊的 CHF 患者90例为研究组，另外选择非 CHF 患者60例作为对照组，两组患者入院之后给予 BNP 检测，比较两组患者的 BNP 水平。结果研究组患者的 BNP 水平为（532.7±208.4）ng/ L，较对照组有显著提高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 BNP 检测可以作为 CHF 的检测项目，为 CHF 的诊断提供依据，值得进行临床推广。%Objective To investigate the BNP in the clinical significance of CHF detection. Methods A total of 90 patients with CHF were se-lected from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital,as observation group,another choice of 60 patients with CHF as control group,two groups of patients admit ed to hospital after giving BNP testing,compared two groups of patients of BNP levels.
