阆中地区小儿腹泻常见致病因素分析

Objective To investigate the pathogenic factors in Langzhong City.Methods 349 pediatric cases,in Langzhong Maternal and Child Health Hospital,with diarrhea admit ed from Jun 2014 to Jun 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Non -infectious factors were the main reasons in 0 -2 diarrhea children patients,approximately 76.5%;about half of 3 -4 diarrhea children patients were caused by non -infectious factors;and infectious factors causing 61.1% diarrhea in 4 -6 years old children.Conclusion Take timely and ef ective treatment method for the treatment of diarrhea in children is extremely important.%目的：分析阆中地区小儿腹泻常见致病因素。方法收集2014年6月至2015年6月收治的349例腹泻的小儿患者资料进行回顾性研究。结果在0～2岁的患儿中，腹泻主要以非感染性因素为主，约占76.5％；在3～4岁患儿中，感染性因素和非感染性因素基本各占一半；在5～6岁的患儿中，腹泻主要以感染性因素为主，约占61.1％。结论不同年龄阶段的儿童腹泻原因有所差异，正确分析腹泻原因并给予及时有效处理，对治疗小儿腹泻及其重要。
